Prestia e Comandè is close to its customers: thanks to the web platform and the smartphone application, you can use the company’s services quickly and intuitively, monitoring your purchases, your subscription and, if necessary, modify your own travel plans.

With the log in it is, indeed, possible to create an account to use the services provided by the company for passengers, just enter your personal data and, if desired, the billing information.

Once registered, the Prestia and Comandè user will be able to:

  • buy a ticket: the registered user will be able to see the history of its purchases and, if necessary, change or cancel tickets without having to resort to customer assistance. Canceled tickets are converted into coupons, so that you can use the credit acquired later. The purchase of the ticket is also allowed as a guest without logging in, by entering only the email address.
  • create and manage a subscription: providing an identification photograph in your personal data, you can generate your subscription to the Prestia and Comandè fleet and manage it independently by booking the date and time when you want to use the service.
  • collection of points and coupons: from the reserved area you can monitor your points collection. Each route, in fact, allows you to accumulate 15 points (30 if you choose the Round trip option) and, upon reaching 300 points, the user will receive a free ride to be used within one year of giving the coupon (or , in the case of 600 points, a return trip)
  • news in real time: thanks to the push notifications of the app, the news section and the newsletter system of Prestia and Comandè, the registered user will be able to follow not only the media in real time but also to have updated information on any changes in routes, changes in the conditions of the service and much more.
